Access to the Fondazione’s archives and repositories must be authorised. Please submit specific request to collezioni@bresciamusei.com.

A copy of any dissertation (thesis, scientific publication) must be sent to the Fondazione free of charge.

Museum storerooms, Drawings and Prints Cabinet and Numismatic Cabinet

Access and consultation

The Museum Depots, the Drawings and Prints Cabinet and the Numismatic Cabinet are accessible for study and research purposes by appointment.

Requests for appointments must be sent to collezioni@bresciamusei.com, accompanied by detailed information regarding the reasons and purposes of the research for which access to the Repositories is requested, as well as a letter of introduction signed by an institution, whether it be a university or otherwise active in the cultural field.

Access to the Repositories is granted for four hours per week, on variable days and times that will be defined with the applicant after the request has been received. Requests for multiple access will be granted according to the availability of staff.
