Brescia Museum Foundation holds, on behalf of the Municipality of Brescia, all rights relating to the works in the permanent collections and to the rooms inside the museum premises. It also holds the rights to the works it owns directly. On the other hand, the exercise of rights concerning works owned by third parties on deposit or on loan to the Fondazione Brescia Musei is regulated by specific private agreements.

Visitors are allowed to freely take videos and photos of the permanent collections and temporary exhibitions without flash and without a tripod, exclusively for individual use and not for advertising or commercial activities. Any prohibitions relating to works owned by third parties will be clearly indicated within the relevant routes.

For any type of professional photographic service or film or television shooting, a specific request for authorization must be submitted to, after which the Fondazione Brescia Musei will communicate the conditions of execution, as well as the cost of any reproduction rights, on the basis of an assessment of the individual project.

Requests for images for study or publication purposes shall be submitted to, filling in the appropriate form.
